Interspinous stabilization (interclonal distraction) is performed in disc overload syndromes. The operation consists in introducing an implant between the spinous processes, which reduces the pressure on the nerve structures, thus relieving the disc and intervertebral joints.

The surgery is performed under general anaesthesia.

We most often use implants:titanium - STENOFIX, polymer - titanium IN SPACE, silicone - DIAM.
